Sony Release 3D Glasses for PS3
It appears that Sony have/are releasing 3D glasses to accompany some games being released on the PS3. I suppose this is their retaliation against Microsoft's Natal for Xbox360. They don't look to bad either and below is a picture of them,
They're meant to add an extra difficulty to the game which, I'm not in a position to say whether or not it will but it would be quite interesting to see how these glasses play out.
For a full report from someone who has tried them, click here

I can safely say, at least these glasses don't look gay like previous 3D glasses seen about places with the red and blue lenses.
@ Frosty, not heard of any games for it yet, they're probably under development though. I think you can already buy the glasses though for $200, i think.

That's the kind we get at the theatres now; the red n blue days are gone.
Although the ones aggRession and I got for Avatar were plain horrendous.

I could had expected a decent price for the glasses, it's a new generation of gaming, an edge on people that don't have them. I'm sure they'll be popular. I would love Left 4 Dead in 3D, my fucking god! Could you imagine. But if you read my previous post, I can't get L4D on playstation :-( Zombies in 3D. Bring it ON!

Like Kurt said, this is the next step of gaming and it's coming from the best company around, Sony. No shock there. Despite the price I think they will still be a hit and definitely bring a how new level of fun to gaming. They just need to make sure all the 3D games they make are good too.

That's another things too... PS3 games are already expensive as it is, a 3D game will probably be more expensive AGAIN. Current major releases can be up to $129 Aus? Will this take games up to the $150 mark?
