Images and Features of Project Natal Leaked
Photos of the Project Natal have been leaked recently and I can confirm that they're legit as they're shown with a Devs. Xbox 360. That being a fully grey one, just like you see at preview stages.
Firstly, the leaked picture of how it works,
As you can see, PN has it's own power supply (this is linked to the new feature) and it connects to your xbox via USB. Oh?! This is why we can now use USB devices on the 360. It all makes sense.
Now for the new feature - a motorised tilting system. I wonder what this is for exactly. I can only imagine so it follows you around the room, especially as we know PN can distinguish between the player and other personnel in the room. Maybe it will shake it's head at you when you make, and no doubt many will, an obscene gesture, especially with the Milo on PN. What we do know for certain is you can't touch it,
One last thing is when you buy the Project Natal (I know I will be), it will make you read about 600 different lines of text so that it can recognise your voice and adjust settings. Yes, that's right, we can speak to our PN and it does what we say. For example; Connect to Facebook. Launch Marketplace. This feature is really going to appeal to the couch potatoes of today's society.
