What's Better? Xbox 360 vs PS3 vs Wii

So, which of the next gen consoles do you think is better? For any reasons, be it online community, originality, or the pure power it beholds. Please refrain from low quality, little kiddie like posts and when arguing for your choice, please have substantial reasoning.

I prefer the 360 for a few simple reasons;

1( More of my gaming friends have a 360 than a PS3 or Wii
2( the Wii has more casual games, in my opinon
3( I'm more familiar with the games and such on the 360 as opposed to the PS3

well seeing as a'm a huge gears of war fan, im going to have to go with the xbox 360

I would go with 360 for the huge game selection, strong player base, and general quality. I think Sony made a huge mistake in having the PS3 cost so much at the beginning because it hurt the growth of their customer base. I know they lose money on each console either way, but the games are really the way they look to make it up. The coding complexity of the PS3 also hurts it, which is why we see more and greater titles for the 360 (generally.) And the Wii doesn't compete with either in my opinion, although Nintendo did a good job in attracting non-gamers, which was a good business more for them.

With the PS3 3.30 update and Project Natal leakage, does any of that alter your opinion? From the looks of it, PS3 looks like it's starting to become something brilliant, if only the choice of games catches up - which it is, just slowly.

I don't see PS3 games ever catching up to 360. The advanced system it operates has made it a lot harder for developers to code games, meaning that it is a lot more expensive too. With the uncertainty of new titles, it is a better play to make a quality game for a larger playerbase in the 360 at a lower cost than it is to make one at a higher cost for a smaller ps3 base.
